Bryan is a founding partner at Fears | Nachawati, responsible for overseeing the business law and bankruptcy side of the firm. Bryan values customer service and appreciates and enjoys the problem solving aspects of his practice. A first generation college graduate, Bryan received his BS in Biology from Baylor University. Bryan then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from South Texas School of Law. Bryan is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado, as well as being admitted to the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern districts of the US Federal Court in Texas and the US District court in Colorado.

As a high school and college student Bryan worked in his South Texas hometown steel mill and even spent a summer on an off-shore oil rig. He is an avid runner and enjoys participating in half marathons and practicing with his running club around White Rock Lake. Bryan relaxes by reading and enjoys traveling with his wife and sons. Bryan is also helping his parents establish a vineyard and winery on their ranch in East Texas.

A founding partner of Fears | Nachawati, Majed focuses on products liability, pharmaceutical liability, class action, personal injury, and civil litigation. Majed attended Southern Methodist University where he was a double major in History and Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston. Majed finds the best part of his work to be holding people accountable for their actions and righting wrongs. He finds great gratification in helping his clients.

Originally from Fort Worth, Majed’s father is Lebanese and his mother is Mexican. Majed speaks English, Spanish, and Arabic. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching his daughter and son grow. Majed lives in East Dallas with his wife and kids. They spend family time exploring White Rock Lake and the Dallas Arboretum.

As a partner at Fears | Nachawati, John manages the firm’s criminal defense and family law practice sections.  These courtroom intensive areas of law often carry high stakes for those involved.  John enjoys the challenge of arguing his clients’ cases before a judge and jury.  Originally from Louisiana, John attended high school at the Culver Academies in Indiana.  He attended Texas A&M University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.  After college, John earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.  John is licensed to practice in the States of Texas and Missouri, and has been admitted to the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas Federal Court.

John is deeply devoted to helping people who have been challenged by the legal system.  His ability to understand and empathize with his clients helps him to successfully defend their cases.  John currently lives in Lake Highlands with his wife and daughter.  John loves being a dad and spending time with his family.  He and his wife are avid travelers, including honeymooning in Japan, dove hunting in Argentina, and experiencing many of the eclectic cultures in Europe.  When he needs to take a break from the office, John likes to hit the ski slopes or take a couple of days to relax on the Texas coast.

As a partner at Fears | Nachawati, Matthew manages the firm’s Mass Tort, Employment, and Medical Malpractice sections.  He enjoys pursuing justice for his clients.  Matthew has been court-appointed to serve on the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee for the Cook IVC filter litigation MDL No. 2570 and the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for the Bard IVC filter litigation MDL No. 2641.

Prior to joining Fears | Nachawati, Matthew was a partner with another Texas firm focused on representing individuals.  He has also worked as an in-house attorney for a large corporation.  While working as an in-house attorney Matthew gained valuable knowledge of how corporations deal with claims from individuals. He uses this knowledge to help individuals who, through no fault of their own, have been wrongfully injured or terminated.

Matthew attended Texas A&M University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in International Studies.  After college, Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.  He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas, and has been admitted to the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas Federal Courts and to the Southern District of the Indiana Federal Court. Matthew is fluent in Spanish.  He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.  Matthew also enjoys providing volunteer service in the community and in his church.
