Depinder’s practice at Fears | Nachawati focuses on business law, immigration law, and estate planning. Born in London, England and raised in Florida, Depinder received degrees in Political Science, International Studies, and Economics from the University of Miami and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate. Following college, Depinder moved to Northern California and received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. After law school, he worked in criminal defense litigation for several years, giving him a keen understanding of how cases reach the court system and the ability to advise clients appropriately. Depinder is licensed to practice in Texas and Florida.
Depinder finds fulfillment in his practice of law by assisting clients with their personal and business-related legal questions. He is able to quickly focus on the issue at hand and propose creative, yet effective solutions. In his free time, Depinder enjoys traveling and exploring new cities. He tries to get outside as much as possible and is always looking for new places to hike and kayak. Depinder is also passionate about contributing to the local community and is actively involved with several civic and non-profit organizations in Dallas.

Brice is an attorney in the Personal Injury Litigation department at Fears | Nachawati. Brice is a graduate of Texas A&M School of Law in Fort Worth. Brice received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University and is a lifelong sports fan of the Aggies. Before law school, Brice worked for the Texas Senate in Austin where he gained a greater appreciation and interest for the law.
Originally from East Texas, Brice has lived all over Texas. Brice enjoys traveling and studied abroad in Argentina during law school. In his spare time, Brice enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing archery, and spending time with his family.
Jennifer is an attorney in the Intake department at Fears | Nachawati. She consults with potential Mass Torts and Personal Injury clients, answering their questions, easing their concerns, and making them feel a part of the Fears | Nachawati family. She also provides legal guidance and support to the Intake staff. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and International Business from George Washington University in Washington, DC. Following college, Jennifer went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in Norman, Oklahoma.
Jennifer was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She realized she wanted to focus on a career in law at a young age and even attended the Law Magnet High School in Dallas. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She also loves working out with her Camp Gladiator family and spending time at church. Jennifer also finds time to strongly support the Dallas Cowboys and OU football programs.
Kerri is an attorney in the Business Law and Intellectual Property Law departments at Fears | Nachawati. She focuses on helping clients with business law issues or intellectual property matters. She received her undergraduate degree in Communications from Texas A&M University and her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law where she was the Managing Editor of the Texas Journal of Business Law.
Originally from New Hampshire, Kerri grew up in the north and migrated to Texas for warmer weather. She moved to Dallas upon graduating from law school and has been exploring the city ever since. Kerri loves staying active by running every day and enjoys watching home renovation shows in her down time.
Patrick is an attorney at Fears | Nachawati who focuses on Criminal and Family Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas State University in Political Science with a minor in Political Communication. He obtained his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
Patrick was born in Tennessee and raised in east Texas. He is a family oriented person who takes great pride in being a father and enjoys spending time with his wife and three brothers. He also loves watching sporting events, both live or in the comfort of his own home.
